On each episode I typically will have a site, regulation, iPhone app, or other piece of information that you can reference to get some extra insight on the topic I discuss. I will list them by episode and what the information is good for.

Episode 2
Personality Test: This site is great for evaluating yourself on four different levels: Introvert vs. Extrovert; Intuition vs. Sensing; Thinking vs. Feeling; Judging vs. Perceiving. I would also use this test on your soldiers to get to know them on a more personal basis.

Tuition Assistance: This is free money that the government will give you for courses. It is typically $250/ credit hour. Ashford accommodates this price for undergraduate degrees. Several other colleges that are military friendly will do this as well.
Statement of Understanding: This form will need to be signed by you and your commander stating that you understand that if you fail a class that TA paid for, you will have to pay them back.

MyPlate App: This is the app that I use to track my calories. If I want to get technical, it can also be used to track macronutrients.
Plethora of Workouts: Bodybuilding.com can build you a workout routine for literally any amount of workouts for any amount of days you want. And they cater it to the desired results.
Project: Beastmode: This is a workout that buddy of mine and I put together in Afghanistan. It is pretty intense and takes some working up to. But you won't be disappointed if you stick with it. 15 days (with 2 rest days) of hell.

Leader Book Shell: This is the shell to start your leaders book. I don't think you will need EVERYTHING that is presented in this example. Make it your own. The point is that now you have one. Congrats!

Build Your Leadership Philosophy: There are so many tools and guidelines to help you build your philosophy. This is just one simple one. But it is a good start if you don't know where to begin. I would love to hear your philosophy once you have it together!
