learning to lead
At some point or another in our military career, regardless of the branch you serve in, we are all called to step up and be a leader. This typically happens right around the rank of E-4 to E-5 for enlisted personnel. I am using this podcast as a chance to connect with new and aspiring NCO's to talk about the issues that plague us, how we can get better as leaders, how to develop our subordinates, and crave more responsibility.
I will be supplying a weekly podcast. Along with each podcast there will be links, references, and more to go along with any content we talked about in that week's podcast. Each link can be found in the Show Notes portion of this site.
As NCO's we are the backbone of the army, advisors to the Officer Corps, teachers for junior enlisted, and the most important part of making the military function.
HOOAH!
